i have had an excess of pickle brine sitting around so i decided to try and make some salad dressing with it. hence the pickle/lingonberry vinaigrette! contents: pickle brine with garlic and dill from the jar, pickles, lingonberries, olive oil, shoyu, pepper, white wine vinegar, apple cider vinegar, agave nectar, stone ground mustard, and i'm pretty sure i'm forgetting something. sounds odd but turned out delicious.
