yesterday i made a shiitake and lobster musroom dish with tempeh and a red wine dijon sauce over brown rice. side dish is the pistachio pate from the riceboy sleeps cookbook served on some fresh lettuce leaves.
next pic is my growing kombucha culture. hint: it's the floaty loogy looking thing.
next pic is the relish i set up about 12 days ago. it's done fermenting and delicious. pics on a dish soon!
