pickles, okra

i started a new batch of pickles today as well as something i reaaaallllyyyyy look forward to...okra. my wife s from the south and its alway a treat to go down there and get good pickled/brined okra. the nw just doesn't have a lot of okra. i'm hoping this turns out great. made with the same recipe as pickles but i imagine it will take a little longer to brine. pics below.



also i had to go to the doctor today because my belt was evil and causing my stomach wall great harm.
