tonight for dinner out of vwav...tempeh white bean sausage patties and an asparagus and sun dried tomato frittata.
also i started 2 more batches of lacto fermentation pickles. a smaller kosher dill and the larger are a spicy habanero pickle. sauerkraut is doing great as well, update on that soon.
Pretty excited for the fermented foods!! Dinner was tasty, as usual.
